Our 2015 Pro4 X, every couple of weeks or so at seemingly random intervals, when I unlock the car with the remote and open one of the doors, the alarm will go off, despite having been unlocked and presumably the factory alarm disabled in the process.
The cause does not seem to be a door switch because this has occurred regardless of which door is opened, and this never happens when the car is just sitting. It only happens when I unlock the parked vehicle and open a door. So it seems like for some reason, even though the system unlocks the vehicle, the factory alarm is not disabled in the process.
Does this provide a clue as to what the problem is?
