I forgot what one I use to have used it for about a year. It was one with the cartage you had to change out. I might get one of these new one's with the liquid fill. Can't say it helped me quite but I would not go outside for cigs anymore.

Well I have the liquid filled type. and have not smoked a real once since. You can change the voltage orr wattage and its rechargeable battery that lasts me 2 days. I saw a new type of battery today or new to me that hasdigital cool featuresg
