Anyone out there ever use Dynamat in a vehicle? I'm thinking about doing this to the interior i.e. floor, doors, rear quarters.
My entire Mustang is dynamat coated. The entire floor, roof, doors, everything. It made a HUGE difference in the sound of the stereo and in the general road noise. Plus the made the entire car feel more solid and put together.
The only thing stopping me from doing the doors on the X is that I'd probably need new door pins and bushings on the drivers side. The door already sags. And with the extra weight?
Is there a big difference in materials from gen 1 to 2? I don't really get road noise in my X.

Says the guy with sweet street tires lol
Even when my terra grapplers actually had tread I didn't get a lot of road noise. Maybe I'm just too used to military vehicles making racket.
