I am going to take everyones advice and swap my stock hu for a Pioneer Double Din with bluetooth. What are the odds there is a harness adapter for my truck? Am i just better off cutting and splicing? Done a few radio swaps before but i would want this one done right.

Anyone done this yet? Any input would be great!
thanks

A wire harness is the best way to do it. Check ebay, they have everything

WIRE HARNESS. Metra is the most carried brand and it'll save you a huge headache. You'll be able to make all your connections first ( I only use solder) outside the truck and it will be the plug and play you were looking for.

I ordered mine from crutchfield but I'm retarded and didn't even think about ordering a harness until I saw the earlier post.

They are free with your order. Call em up I bet they'll send you one. They're a great company like that. I once stuck a screwdriver through a sub I was installing, called them up to order another one, told person on the phone the story, and ended up getting a replacement for FREE.
