Buy it back!!!!!! Haha

I do kinda like the fiberglass fenders. What I don't like is the thought of hitting one on a rock and destroying it in one fell swoop... I'm really surprised it's back on the market so soon.

Dude... the spelling in his add was making my head hurt. Seriously though, that would be awesome if you bought it back. If you don't, I'll buy the snorkel and we'll toss it on lol

woooowww.....I didn't think Terra would show up again that quickly. I kinda dig the fenders, but not at the cost of the snork.

Do you really want to buy it back, or do you just not want that guy to have it?

Oh it was hard to sell her, and it's hard to see her for sale...but I can't buy her back. I just don't want her to get passed around. I sold to this guy because he seemed truly excited. And maybe he was...he also installed a throttle body spacer. But as a DD I'm sure the thrill wore off. Oh well...

I like those fiberglass fenders... they are suttle yet different than stock. The Gen 2 fenders are hideous IMO. They stick out way too far. I would also want to keep the snork though

I am willing to bet it is not in that great of shape. Those other pictures are pristine, and look to be out west. I wonder if this wasn't stored right.. Common with buying trailers used.

Yeah I don't know of an area like that in Duncan......Theres like 1 place but the neighbors would complain if somebody had that sitting outside

I don't mean that it is trashed, I just mean that if you don't open a camper back up after you use it in the rain and it stores wet.. Then you can start to have issues.

This includes 2001 transfercase (with the wider chain, behind V6 manual trans),
has Calmini's gear set and slipyoke eliminator, and CV driveline front (spare) and rear.
Rear driveline is long enough to move axle back 2".
This was the difference between running the Rubicon or not with the manual.
This could easily be thrown in in a few hours.
The u joints are as tight as when new.

First year of a new design, typically full of flaws, unless they have receipts showing new radiator and clean rebuild of tranny I definitely wouldn't touch it either, almost guaranteed to SMOD

For sake of argument, couldn't you check the fluid and or replace/bypass it yourself?

The issue is, it's quite likely already had the damage done.

But not for certain. I do think its at least worth checking. Contaminates in T-fluid isn't that difficult to detect. I understand it doesn't take much (trust me, its a Jeep problem), but I don't think it can be immediately dismissed as a problem.

Sure, are you going to do all of that work to a vehicle that you have yet to purchase?

That's what I'm getting at. The costs that you'll pay to get it thumbs up'd and a clean bill of health are WAY more than I'd spend on a rig I didn't own. Checking the fluid that's in it isn't exactly your safest way, since a fluid flush/change can hide that pretty well...
