Hello all. Need some advice and guidance. I am looking to replace my entire exhaust with headers, elimination of secondary cats, with mandrel bends.
1) Is this possible to purchase without having to get something fabricated?
2) Would header eliminate the primary cats?
3) Can I still pass emissions?
4) Is it worth it?

Thank you.

Doug Thorley headers eliminate the primary cats. That's the only off the shelf part for what you want. If you want any hope of passing emissions, you'll have to maintain some good secondary cats. And you'll still need CEL eliminators to trick the computer into thinking that the primary cats are still there. So hopefully you don't have a physical inspection. If you have to pass California style emissions, I'd say it's not worth it. Here in the Denver metro, it's just an OBD 2 scan and a sniffer test. So as long as there's no codes and it sniffs clean, then you're good. YMMV
