Humming with very slight vibration at Highway speeds

I am having an issue on my 2015 Xterra Pro4x, it is Titan swapped on 35s.
Starting at about 65MPH I have a humming that comes with a slight vibration, continuing to about 80-90ish MPH you’ll hear the noise.
If I let off the gas it changes pitch and will make the noise until I go below 65mph. If I put it into neutral the noise goes away completely.
I have replaced all the bearings in the rear diff (timken carrier/pinion bearings) and the axle bearings have been replaced about 20-30k ago with oem timken bearings as well.
The rear diff also ran a good pattern when it was set and done.
I also know it’s not tire noise because I have had a separate set of tires since it started making the noise, went from 35” Ironman MTs to 35” BFG K02s
I hear the noise throughout the whole vehicle it seems. I’m really hoping it’s not a Transfer case or transmission issue. I plan on taking the Xterra across country in June and that’s a lot of highway driving at about 70-75 (when the noise is occurring)
Anyone have any clue or idea?
I hope yall can point me in the right direction

Have you done the front bearings? I have a whole thread here and had videos and everything of something similar I was convinced was the rear diff, but was actually the front passenger hub/bearing. I checked it for play and it didn’t have any until after the noise got louder.

I have not done them! Last time I checked a few weeks ago they were in perfect working order no odd noises coming when I would spin the tire or do the shake test to see for play. Your noise would also go away in neutrul?

It didn’t go away, but it was much more pronounced when accelerating and hitting the brakes, and hardly any noise when just coasting.
