Figured I might as well throw my car for sale on here since well it's for sale and I'm here.

It's a 2005 Dodge SRT4 and has almost 95k miles on it as of this moment. This goes up constantly as it's my daily driver and have a good drive in between school and home. May trade for a early 2nd gen or clean, lower mileage, modded 1st gen but reallyreallyreallyreally wanting a diesel truck. Since Luke was hassling me for not having a price on my Craigslist ad, the absolute lowest I will take is $8500 cash firm. Not $8000, not $8450, only $8500. If I was to advertise that price anywhere else, it'd start at $9500obo so I'll just stick the low price right here and if you like, this car can be yours!

For those who don't know, the SRT4 is Dodge's high performance Neon. It is factory turbocharged with a 2.4L motor, 5 speed, limited slip, big brakes, and a bunch of other smaller goodies. My car is closer to stock but it does have a few mods on it which include: BWoody motor mounts and powdercoated valve cover (PURPPLLLEEE!), K&N intake, oil catch can, bigger front intercooler, Turbonetics cold-side pipe and BOV, Apexi can. I also have a AGP wastegate and a set of Eibach lowering springs for it that are not installed along with a few stock parts. Car boosts around 14psi and should be making around 250-260hp to the wheels. With an exhaust, a tuner, and the aftermarket wastegate on and 18psi, the car should hit right at 300hp to the wheels. The car also has a siren on it... I have no good explanation as to why. A couple of you might remember me trading this car for a 99 F250 diesel and having to swap back due to some title issues with that truck but when I got it back it had the siren and it's just way too silly to take off.

The car is good mechanically but needs a couple little cosmetic stuff addressed if it bothers you. The top dashboard piece is busted. When I bought the car, it didn't have a boost gauge so I took the top piece off and might have forgotten about two screws in the defrost vent and may have tugged a little too hard and may have busted it.... maybe. But they're pretty cheap to replace, around $100 from a junkyard, never bothered me to replace it. The clear coat on the top of the rear wing has flaked off. I lost one of the fog light surrounds and just took the other off so it wouldn't look weird with just one. They're pretty common to fly off apparently, I noticed a couple others at Import Alliance this last meet were also missing just one. The car does need 2 rear tires on it but I should be getting two more soon and getting an alignment done over Thanksgiving break.

Any questions, you can ask here or PM me or shoot me a text at 931-3o9-oo47.
Might have some more info at my craigslist ad, not sure if| I might have forgotten something: http://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/2706304265.html
I have some pics at that link or you can look me on Facebook and I have a few pics stuck in some albums, PM me for my full name, feel weird posting all of that info in here haha.

So yeah, if you guys want a fun car that you can still throw your kids in the back, whoop up on most of the cars in your town, still get 25mpg out of, and look like a kid who watched too many F&F movies, I can totally hook you up!

My brother-in-law has one with a fully built Darrell Cox Racing motor. Something like 400hp at the wheel. It's utterly ridiculous as a daily driver. It breaks loose in first through fourth with no provocation at all. He also has a Corolla, because this is the Gulf Coast, and his SRT-4 simply can't be driven in rain. They're fun cars. I've seen quite a few modded ones; it's possibly the only car Dodge got right over the last decade. Good luck with your sale!

Thanks man. I think my biggest problem is simply the fact that everyone just sees a Neon and not what it actually is. This car, for being as close to stock as it, suprises the heck out of me all the time. It's hard to beat for a fun daily driver so long as you're ok with the FWD. I'm a Mustang guy so I've never really gotten over the whole FWD thing but once it hooks, it flys.

I had the same problem selling my SVT Focus.
