Superchager swap

Anyone know what all is involved in swapping the supercharged motor (or just the supercharger) into the xterra?? My X is at about 200k miles, and is making a bit of top end noise, and while I was at pick a part today I found a supercharged x. motor is in good shape, and seems to be pretty close to complete. AND its in the lot where they don't let people pick stuff on their own, where you have to have them pull it, so its not all molested. Is it even do able? or am I wasting my time? I need info fast so I can get it before it disappears if it'll work. So if you know whats up, either post here, or PM me your number and I'll give ya a call or something.

Either way its a major pain for little gains..

The motor would be the way to go.. but your still going to need the computer and all...
Just the SC would be even worse... Ill let Cyclemutt step in to give more details of way not to do this
