Replacement Rubber for Rear Swingout Bumper

Anyone know where to get replacement rubber pads for a Shrockworks (RIP) swingout rear bumper? The originals went missing at the powder coater’s.

Those are them. At least those were them before they went missing at the powder coaters. Not that I can complain, since they gave me a really good deal and did a nice job.
So I got this free sample of vinyl flooring from one of the local hardware behemoths and planned to mod it to do the job in absence of the real deals. But if someone can get me something closer to the bonafides, let me know.

Prime, what is the thickness of those pieces on your bumper? I’ll order a 6x6 inch piece of Delrin. I’m thinking about 3/8ths thick?
