So in January I replaced my alternator due to water and mud ruining the last. I went to take mh X into town today after not driving it for a few days and the battery discharge and the parking brake light came on, which just happened to be the lights that came on when the last alternator died. So naturally I'm worried that this one is going too... Any ideas that might cause this? I don't really want to buy a new alternator.
