If you are interested in taking your Xterra off road in the Northeast you might want to check out the North East Xterra Club (http://www.nexterra.org/).
It is a great group of folks that get out and wheel their trucks more than a few times a year. Besides going to Rausch in PA (http://www.rauschcreekoffroadpark.org/index.php) NEXTerra, as a member of The Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs (http://nea4wd.org/), has legal access to and holds many events on land normally off limits to motorized vehicles in the New England area. There are also runs in upstate New York including NEXTerra's premier event, the Back 2 School Run, held yearly in September on the private testing grounds of Draken Off Road (http://www.drakenoffroad.com/) in Oneonta NY.
