I believe in Canada, vehicles need to be inspected and certified by the gov to be on the road. My sister is currently in Montreal and had to take her altima in for inspection before receiving plates. Her coworker had to even add auto running headlights on an older model car to compliant. And we thing going thru Marta is bad lol.
