JDM VG33E Engine?

Hey guys. So my car has been running like crap lately and I took it into the shop to get it repaired. But It may be a serious problem that will cost over 3grand to fix. So I did some research and heard about the jdm vg33e engine for only 850 shipped. It also states it has 35-45k miles on it. Sounds like a deal. So what do you guys think about them and are they any good? Thanks!!

I believe a few of the accessories are different to include the ecu.

The block is the same. The heads are the same. Some of the accessory mounting points may be different.

We had somebody do this swap not long ago and it worked fine.
