Grey clips on top of upper front bumper

How on earth do those go back in for the upper bumper? They are the one that you use a flat head to line the square up then turn to lock. I can't get these to line up at all. If by chance I do get it lined up there is no gap enough to turn it

Put the clips in the grill first. Then pop the grill in place.

or just use zip ties, they hold better and are dirt cheap.

Oh how I hated those things! I ended up using small bolts.

My front lower bumper was held on with two bolts through street sign poles cut to mount after my 2' BL other than that... zzzzip ties it was.

I have resorted to zip ties. Maybe they should of used that from the factory :/
