Diff set up.

Got an ARB,got a spare third member,got a spare set of gears.





Gonna set this up and swap out my open diff.

Now for some questions.
There appears to be a spacer and 2 washers that I'm gonna need (along with all the bearings). Best place to get or order?
And anyone have a link to a write up on how to set it up? (I know what correct pattern on the gear teeth should look like)
Any advice or comments appreciated.

I got the bearings at Napa, they had what I needed in stock,

Yeah special bearings. Think they are bearings originally for a Toyota V6. Got mine online someplace after typing the bearing number into Google. The Rugged Rocks Diff spanner tool helps when turning the adjusters though maybe you can weld something that would work. The instructions are pretty good with details. You'll need the pipe tap, drill bit for the hole in the case as well. Dial indicator gear paste and torque wrench.

For future reference, if anyone needs a full install kit for regearing with an ARB. I have ARB specific H233B install kits now which have the correct carrier bearings.
