Hi cesarqd32! Welcome to XN!

There are quite a few people running the Calmini steering system with no problems; it's way better than the stock components. Another system is the King-Kong steering system.

What exactly is breaking? One thing we all recommend is getting a IAB (Idler Arm Brace); it strengthens the weakest part of the system. Also recommended in heavy-dute TRA (tie rod adjusters). Also, the centerlinks go bad quickly with a setup like yours; many of us (including myself) have upgraded to a HooHaa CL (grassroots4x4.com) to overcome this problem.

So, you can get a pre-made system from Calmini or King-Kong or you can piece together some components to eliminate most of the stock steering system weaknesses. I think most of these upgrades can be found at ORPP (SITE SPONSOR @ www.offroadperformanceparts.com) or 4x4parts.com.

1. You get an idler arm brace [ORPP LINK] first to strength the idler arm and then you can replace the bushings with the Bandit4x4 bushings that you mentioned. You can check out my build thread to see what I've done.

2. You can buy the HooHaa CL and put down a core deposit (I think ~$100). Then you install the HooHaa and ship back your old CL afterwards at get your deposit back. I'm sure someone on here has a extra one laying around; maybe you can buy one from the US and have them ship it to grassroots for you. I bet that would be cheaper than the shipping from Panama.
