It clamps on the the bars.. No drilling is needed..

Use a 14mm" wrench or Ratchet and tighten it up.. The ends are dipped in rubber.. So there is no scratching

Question, can the factory accessory roof "box" be removed and the light bar be moved to the front of the rails just behind the "header"?
Also, where are you routing the wiring for the power?

The roof rack has plastic clips that mount to the box making it hard to get the bar ant closer.
