Anyone know if the radflo extended travel coilovers are the same as the titan swap coilovers of the same size?

Got a heating issue I need help with. The fan blows cold air. All the time. When you turn the knob to hot there's no change in temperature. I have replaced the thermostat and the control unit. Didn't fix the problem. It's too cold for this mess.
