UPDATE: Pulled ECU out for repair. apparently, it's not uncommon for the IACV to short a transistor in the ECU and prevent communication to O2s. Will update again after I reinstall.
2003 o2 and EGR still not IM ready after 2 drive cycles (vehicle specific and nissan generic) and 250+ mi. Cleared codes ran 350+ mi and completed 3 drive cycles (1 vehicle specific and 2 nissan generic). O2 and EGR still not IM ready...any ideas??
Was about to pull sensors and replace, but...
