Would a full flush and service help or should I just let someone fix it right

So I've got a 2004 terra 4x4 auto and I've lost reverse and I've had people telling me different things when I lost it it didn't make any sort of noise or anything so I don't think I broke the reverse band and others have told me it could be a solenoid. Any ideas I hate having my terra yard bound

Honestly not sure no signs of anyone being in the motor its about due for a rebuild soon though

Just cracked 300k and I'd like to build it as a daily that I can take off road if need be I was thinking a small lift steel bumpers and 33s

My best guess is that it had different rims on it because I got it on the stock 4 spoke rims

Yea it been on there since I got it and I thought it was the coolest thing and I found XN the other day

It has holes by the windshield for lights I'm guessing and the interior was covered in red paint
