So the new Nintendo console is out. What do you think?

I barely touched the Wii once I got an Xbox. But that was mostly due to having to use motion controls on every game and not having HD. The WiiU addresses both of those concerns. I will probably get one eventually; there's never been a Nintendo home console that I didn't get (including Virtual Boy!). But I'm not in any rush. It can wait until a new Zelda game comes out.

Id really like to get one of these for JR.. but the 350 price seems a touch high for 2007 tech...

I wouldn't say the tech is that old. The controller with the screen in it is pretty damn impressive. But, $350 is too high for a console that will barely get used. I'd prefer to spend that money on games for the Xbox.

I know two people who have it. Both got it on launch day. Both haven't touched it since the first day setting it up and downloading updates all day.
