Okay so first off it started with the Bank 1 sensor 1 saying heated or whatever. After a week the engine light went off and all things are fine until a few days ago engine light comes back on. now Bank 1 senor 1 bank 1 sensor 2 heated and fuel level sensor? What is going on? :( also on a side note my car every now and then when at light red lights with shake kinda badly but soon as you take off or give gas its all good any relation? I thought it was the distributor going out.

What is the actual P code?

I ask because if it's a combo if P0140 and P0460, then odds are that the FSU recall hasn't been done and needs to be done.

I don't know the exact codes I forgot to ask and he cleared them for me so no engine light. Looks like I screwed myself there huh? And it was suppose to have has all the recalls done when I took it for the knock sensor.

That may not be it, then. If dude cleared them and it's still messed up, it'll pop back on within ~50mi or so.

Okay the codes are P0462 (x2) and P0132 (x2). what is up?

462 is the fuel sensor
132 is the 02 sensor

Have you replaced the fuel sending unit or did the recall yet?

Duh... I just read the other posts. You might want to recheck that the fuel sending unit was replaced. And actually it's rather simple to do yourself. I did mine before I knew there was a recall. Coulda saved a few $.

Well the dealership I had pretty much all my maintence done went out of business for so shady stuff so im kinda questioning all their work now but how much is a fuel sending unit and is this something that should be replaced with OEM or are other brands fine? Also I still sometimes get the car shaking when stopped at redlights and when I apply some gas while holding my foot on the brake it goes away after like ten seconds. any relation to the engine codes?

I'm no certified mechanic but it sounds like the engine is starved of fuel. The fuel sender unit is a dealer item I believe. I can't remember where I got it. I would guess to say the codes are do to improper fuel pressure/quantity/etc. The unit I do know was under $100 and took all of 30 minutes to swap. From loosening the 1st screw to tightening the last when finished.

The fuel sending unit goes bad at the connector at the top. It corrodes and creates resistance in the fuel pump circuit. Which slows the fuel pump or stops it as the current arcs over the poor connection. This condition would fall in line with what TKDx00 said regarding the engine being starved of fuel.

Could also explain the car shaking when stopped at red lights as the fuel isn't being delivered properly.

Your O2 sensors read the exhaust and tell the computer if its running lean or rich which is sort of fuel delivery related later down the line.

When mine went bad it would sometimes shudder at red lights. One day the connection finally went and left me stranded at a red light. However, I never had any check engine codes.

Another thing that has me thinking is it could be a dirty fuel filter.
