Prayers please

Hey guys and gals, I'm asking for your prayers, good vibes and positive thoughts for my boss. He was involved in a nasty snow mobile accident over the weekend. I don't know the extent of his injuries, other than one entire side of his chest was crushed and broken, and he has some internal damage as well.

He went over a snow bank at the end of his driveway, and somehow hit a tree on his way over. He got wrapped around/underneath the front bottom of his machine, with the throttle pinned wide open. He was pushed/dragged for a few hundred feet, through rocks and trees, etc.

He's pretty banged up, not critical (I think), but he's definitely hurtin' bad.

Small update: I guess he'll be losing his spleen, and there's a chance he'll lose a lung as well, due to multiple punctures from his ribs. When his ribs broke, they broke away from his spine and did some minor damage to his vertebrae as well. He's got some other minor (in comparison) internal injuries as well.

Seems like the brunt of the damage was done to his torso, from what I've gathered. His limbs were spared, as was his head; but his whole torso just got so beat up.

He's in his mid/late-40's, with 3 young boys and a wife.

He's doing well, heavily medicated for pain and he needs to stay home and rest but he's been here at the shop all week instead. He is taking it easy, but not quite easy enough.
