led connector

Im thinking about making some custom led tail lights using trailer lights and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a connector I can wire to the trailer lights so that it can just simply plug into where the tail light bulb plugs into?

Looks like a standard 3156/3157 socket to me. That's what our tail lights use anyway.

Scroll all the way to the bottom. Very last product is an empty 3157 socket that you can put your own wire in to make the connection.
