instrument bezel

I'm painting bedliner on the silver parts of my console and dash. The console is done and installed. The bar above the glove box is painted and drying.
How do I remove the instrument cover? I want to paint the silver part to match.

Pull the trim below the steering wheel. You should see two screws. One on either side of the wheel. Pull those and pop he bezel up and toward you. The upper part it just held by clips.
