Is there a complete HD replacement for the Gen1 setup? I saw that someone came out w/ a replacement for the Gen2 w/ a Titan swap and was wondering if there was something for the Gen1.

At this point I don't believe so. However, I'd like to see RCV make some. Those would be damn near indestructible. And expensive.

Unless you wanna custom fit your own. We tend not to have as many issues as the 2nd gens. Not as much axle breaking power.

nope, the stock ones are plenty strong if you are running IFS, they are cheap and pretty quick to replace if you need to. Most of the breakage comes from torn boots and lack of clean lube.
