Intro Comments: So, I picked up my X early this year. Here's a brief history of the vehicle.
It had 94,920 miles on it when I bought it. The previous owner put new Michelin tires on last November. He also replaced the blower motor, fixed the rear hatch and spare tire lowering mechanism, replaced the rubber stoppers for the hood, replaced the rear wiper blade, and spent about $2500 in the last year getting every little thing on the truck fixed.
Here are a few shots of it coming home and resting in the garage.

Next, I swapped the old interior and license plate lights for new, LED lights (link to the kit I bought on Amazon: Amazon.com: Classy Autos Nissan Xterra White Interior LED Package (8 Pieces): Automotive ).
Pics:
I also installed my magnetic phone mount. It was a piece of cake and only cost about $8. (Link to Amazon: Amazon.com: TechMatte MagGrip Air Vent Magnetic Universal Car Mount Holder - Black: Cell Phones & Accessories).

Next, I plugged in my small inverter that I already had sitting around in the center console. It keeps the DC plug and adds one AC plug. It has a hinge too so it folds down to fit perfectly into the console.
Pics (with liquid project completion motivator pictured):
Next, the bumper had some spot rust on it, so I sanded it down. I put two coats of Rustoleum on it and plan to complete the paint job tomorrow morning.
Pics:
Finally, I removed the stock mud flaps and side steps:
Tonight (12-30) I threw in my CSI hitch mounted shackle receiver:
I also started installing my Rough Country 2.5" shackle lift kit:
I also found out that the Xterra can levitate! Just kidding, it's on the lift:
Lift is finally done and the 1.5" spacers are added.
Earning it's nickname (Snocat):
