Bug Deflector Question

I'm in need of a bug deflector to save on paint chips on these roads I drive. More so for the winter time with all the salt on the roads and stuff. Was looking around online and I see there are a few different ones. Just curious as to what people suggest for one. I was looking at a few photos of members rigs on here but no one really listed as to who make it.

I ended up going with the Nissan one. Lower profile from what I seen. Found a good post on another site that had some decent photos and descriptions

I love my OEM Nissan one, though now I find myself wanting the Canadian one, which covers more of the hood and looks beefy as heck (though I'm sure it attaches no differently).

I bought the Nissan part. I liked the profile better than the WeatherTech or Canadian versions.

If you're only concerned about rock chips and less about deflecting actual bugs, this could also be an option to consider:

Someone on TheNewX also just masked a strip off the hood for clear Plasti-Dip (which looks awesome!).

I wonder if you could do plasti dip and tape off the front area you would like to protect?
