Pretty cool, lots of neat (albeit useless) facts in there. When I was a kid (around 12 I think) I got a book for my birthday that lists all sorts of cool facts like that, most of it was how many times your heart has beat since you were born, how many gallons of blood it's pumped, how many times you've blinked, stuff like that. It also included historical events, famous birthdays, etc.
