Why u think I goingGet it done. Steaks worth it.
I judged you harder for claiming your tundra’s better than a 6.7
This is making me think the thoughts about the thing
dont mind me i have super duty jealousyBet?
You’re not wrong about Toyota reliability, but I also have my doubts of the 5.7 outliving a diesel, be kinda bad if it diddont mind me i have super duty jealousy
The 7.3 wasn’t that great and I’m tired of pretending it wasI just want a super clean, low mileage 7.3 that an old man owned and babied its whole life.
None of them were. But the biggest problem with a Cummins is it was wrapped in a Dodge. The biggest issues with the 6.5 Detroit was it wasn't an industrial diesel adapted to a pickup, it was a pickup diesel and no one treated it that way.The 7.3 wasn’t that great and I’m tired of pretending it was
It was so much better than the 6.0 though. I hear the 6.7 has come a long way.The 7.3 wasn’t that great and I’m tired of pretending it was
Toyota has it figured out. If you have very little power you put very little strain on the motor allowing for less maintenance. You’re not wrong about Toyota reliability, but I also have my doubts of the 5.7 outliving a diesel, be kinda bad if it did
The 7.3 in top trim made I believe 210/220None of them were. But the biggest problem with a Cummins is it was wrapped in a Dodge. The biggest issues with the 6.5 Detroit was it wasn't an industrial diesel adapted to a pickup, it was a pickup diesel and no one treated it that way.
But here we are....
We should have stuck with the 6.2L Detroit, the 6.9IDI, and the 6B....
Lemons do happen but for the most part don’t buy an 11 and change the oil and fuel filters, and enjoyIt was so much better than the 6.0 though. I hear the 6.7 has come a long way.
This. One of my reasons for not buying one.Toyota has it figured out. If you have very little power you put very little strain on the motor allowing for less maintenance.
Don't know about Tundras but Tacos are notoriously underpowered compared to other mid size trucksI dunno, my Tundra seems to be able to handle anything I've put behind it so far.
But all I haul are cars/trucks.
