Definitely was kept in a garage most of its life!
Still trying to figure out what to do to it. Want to keep it mostly stock for now, but would like to tinker and do some improvements/maintenance.
I actually seen about NEXTerra! Looks like a rad group.
Sorry I missed that event - Would have been awesome to come up, but I was moving into my new house. That location is about 6.5hrs away, but would make a fun trip for sure. Are the trails rough? Not experienced doing much vehicle off-road...
I was scouting online for groups - I know FB groups are big these days, but I don't use FB. May have to create a generic account just for the Xterra group!
Always been in the Ripley/ Ravenswood, WV area - Lived in Parkersburg for a while as well.
Just moved to New Haven (Close to Pt. Pleasant)...
I've seen a few Xterra's around my area, but not a lot of them.
I'll have to keep an eye out for a Green Gen1 Xterra now. If I see it I'll try to snag a pic - Wonder which area it's located..hmmm.
Nice on the Pathfinder! Was going to buy one until I found my beauty.
Hey everyone,
Recently purchased an 02 Nissan Xterra SE 4x4 (Auto) - Been loving it.
Was researching if there are any Xterra Groups in the WV area or surrounding. I know there is the group NEXTerra, but I am newer to the Xterra/ Vehicle group thing and would be nice to have a WV area group...
Thanks for the info! I assumed I wouldn’t be able to replace the airbag cover since ya know..airbag haha.
I’ll do some research and check it out. If I can remove it I could potentially paint it as well.
Hey guys,
I'm new to the Xterra Nation Forums and have just recently purchased my first Gen.1 Xterra and I'm loving it. The past few days I noticed a black smudge/scratch on the passenger dash where the airbag compartment is. My OCD was killing me so I assumed it was just some sort of debris...
It looks and drives like a new car! I feel like I'm in a time machine.
Been researching and looking at ideas for what mods I should do. I don't want to go too crazy with it right now - I would like to preserve it as much as possible.
