I did the relearn and its good now!

Okay so i needed a new boot and when i took it apart of course it was grimy in the throttle body. I touched the blade and it was stiff so I didn’t want to mess it up. I turned the key on and put a broom stick on the petal to hold it open. I just took a rag and wiped it down inside nicely...
