I'd like to get my front bump stops an inch or so closer to their contact point I'm debating how to achieve it.
My first thought was I could use a metal bracket or a block maybe to bolt to the lca and then bolt the bump stop to that. But then I started thinking putting a solid material under it might be a bad idea in case the suspension really gets compressed.
I haven't found much in a longer version of the bump stop, right now I have the energy suspension version that are pretty tall but I have seen a few versions of an extension using plastic or metal. Anyone have any experience with either?
