Next house. Couldn't afford what we wanted in a good area with a garage. I would have liked to extend our house search a little longer, but it is what it is. I have friends with garages in the mean time.
Next house though, assuming still marries, 2000sq/ft and a 2 car garage. If not married, then 1400-1600 sq/ft and biggest damn garage i can have. Want to turn 1 side into work area and other side into home gym.

Almond milk acceptable as an alternative? It's been so long since I've drank regular milk that the wife bought a thing of 2% for our espresso maker that it gave me the runs after drinking a latte I made with it. I think it had been about 4 years since regular milk was drank.

Side note - having the credit card paid off is great. I used it the other day and paid it immediately. Then I used it again for new gym shoes since i had to order 2 sizes bc im not familiar with the company's sizing and it will allow for chargebacks if needed. Feels soooooo goooooood.
