well i saw something strange while heading home.
after a pulled into my neighborhood and was a few blocks from my house, i saw there was a car parked on the street that was pulled half way out in the middle of the street with heavy front end damage like it had gotten hit. so i drive past my house to go to one of the known hangout spot for cops in my town doing overnight duty. sure enough it was one of the guys i knew and knew me for being a night shifter myself.
i was all like, "hey you know there a gray car near the corner of X and Y street that looks like a hit and run? its pushed out halfway across the road too, cant miss it."
he was all like, "well damn looks like a get to do something tonight, thanks James" and he went that way.
hope the town gives me a medal for my outstanding record of night shift watch.
