Ski Riders Thread

Are you going skiing or riding? If so when and where? Post up your mountain plans and maybe someone is in the area that wants to join up!

I'm at Sunday river in ME today and tomorrow.

Beautiful blue sky's and making snow like crazy. Cold as jack frosts nuts but conditions are great. Some ice but we got some fresh man made powder all over!

I want to ski so bad but I'll be lucky to go next winter.

Does anybody ever make it to New Mexico to ski?

Thanks Dave!

And hey come to the NE and get Amish up here. I'm an instructor and will teach for beer.

Of course they do, it's always on the news when tx gets snow. Lol.
I can cross country ski. I pretty sure if you can walk you can cx ski. But that's about it. I'll stick to my single plank. And continue to have my dogs pull me.

What you guys ski on? I bought a pair of K2 aftershocks last year! Awesome skis!

Edit.... is this thread just for skiing?

I think civicjoe started a thread for boarding, but we won't go so far as to say you have to keep skiing and snow boarding completely separate. Can't we just all get along!

Oh, and I most definitely did not get to go skiing this year.

Snow boarders always take over the mountain haha

Damn right we do...

Those skiers never watch where they are going! Geez!

I have to sit the season out due to my knee still recovering... but I will surely drive up to the Poconos and keep a seat warm in the lodge bar! :) (and have someone else drive home of course) Sucks though bc i just got a new board at the end of the season last year :(

Knuckle draggers are a menace!

Not sure how much skiing I'm going to get in this year, with work and an actual vacay to warmer places upcoming...

I rock Volkl AC30s...awesome boards, but I might be getting old enough where I need to switch to something softer...Naaaahhh!

Who likes big mountain skiing? Here's my boy Dean Cummings, showing you can be old and still go big

We grew up skiing together in Northern NM

This is a ski thread you guys have you own thread. LOL

Damn snowboarders always getting in the way and going all over the mountain.

Snowboarders have no regards for rules! That's how we got on the mountain in the first place.

I won't lie: I got my 3rd concussion from a wreck less snowboarder... And my first sprained wrist from a set of skis.

EDIT: or was it my 2nd...?
