I'm actually excited for some of the Olympics this year. Mainly watching USA basketball.

And Chip Kelly is the new coach for the Philadelphia Eagles. I believe I linked an interesting article about him moving to the NFL and the innovations on the game earlier in this thread. I'm excited for what they might be capable of doing next year.

Game 7 should be great. It's been a very interesting series. I'm kind of confused as to why Parker was on the bench last night at the end of OT. He had done great so I thought he would be a better guy to drive for that last shot than ginobli (or however you spell it). Either way ill just be very happy if the spurs take it. Not only am I a lakers fan, but I am a huge lebron "hater" per se. I do not think he should have gotten MVP, as I have not seen that in him a lot, including the finals. He is more of a just freak athlete than actual basketball player. I mean, he would do great in any pro sport. There is a plethora of guys I would take over lebron if I had a choice: Kobe, Parker, Melo, Durant, Westbrook, Curry, just to name a few.

exactly how I feel, IMO Kobe is a better basketball player than lebron, lebron is more athletic though. I'm with u on being confused why Parker wasn't in, even if he wasn't going to take the last shot it would at least force Miami to keep an eye on him which would free up other players

I figured being an Okie you'd be a thunder fan. Honestly, when Kobe retires I will probably be a Thunder fan. I mean, I already am a thunder fan but it's hard to root for them with with LA in the same conference!

I understand that. Growing up I didn't care about basketball but now that I live in Oklahoma and get to see how cool the thunder are for the area I'm definitely a fan. It's amazing what the team has done for the state's economy and we finally have one team to root for rather than being divided by colleges.
