We drove to Cali to surprise my sister & her fiancé, and then surprised everyone with a trip to Knott’s Berry Farm on the 26th for a day of rollercoasters and fun.

I don’t need/want stuff for Christmas. I can buy stuff any time of the year. But spending time making memories with my family is something I can’t put a price on.

My wife made me a couple.of awesome shirts. One that has the logo of my favorite 3D software (blender), and the other a very outdoors themed shirt.

I got a folding table with clamps for wood projects and a dremel from my parents, and a retroid pocket 2 from my wife and daughter.

I also got a knife, magnetic camp light, battery powered hand warmer, some lego, carabiners, and NUTTER BUTTERS.

Not specific to the X but for the X I got inclinometer stickers and a set of deep wall sockets (I have one set in the truck and this one is for the toolbox so I don’t have to go back and forth.)

One other highlight was that I got a personalized, hand-written Christmas card from CB Adventure Supply with a couple stickers. I can’t imagine how long this must’ve taken them with hundreds or thousands of customers. Very impressive.
