Working on a TS parts list

I Have read many of the TS posts on this forum. I still have questions.
I do not have the money to spend on a full PRG TS kit
So, i am planning on getting parts as i can afford them. and install when i have it all together.
But before i get started on the questions a little info on my ride.

05 X with a 6 speed with stock suspension.

Of right now i plan on keeping my front diff and getting extended axles.
I was also planning on using OEM titan UCA and LCA.
My real question starts with the coil-overs.
Do they have to be the high dollar coil-overs found with PRG or can you use any titan setup? then upgrade when $$ is available?
With the rear suspension what is the best route to get a leveled look?
i like the idea of Alcan springs. but do you need the sway bar for road driving?
and how do you get the width matched up with the front when keeping the stock rear axel? Spacers?
I have read the titan swap stretches the width 6 inches. largest spacer i have found is 1.5 inches.

All help is appreciated. Want to have this complete before next year NXM.

is your question about the coils regarding just to ones on the prg website? there are different coils you can use other than the ones on prg site, and yes you can upgrade later down the road. just make sure that your measurements will be correct with the coils that you pick. from my readings i dont think your rear will match your front because of how much track width you get from the Ts without a new rear axle, there are more people that will chime in and tell you all about it.

Not just prg, all high priced coilovers

there are some coils that aren't as pricey man, s-a-ws aren't to bad i know bilstein and procomp, make some "cheaper" coils couple other brands to do. if your going for long travel like desert style i'd highly recommend saving up for some good ones, easier to tune etc but more for just the travel for trail rides you can get away with some less expensvie ones just fine.

All coilovers are gonna be expensive lol. I have 2 inch spacers on the rear to make it match the front. It's not a perfect match but you can barely tell. Adjustable shackles and aal may get you close to even. I have just the adjustable shackles on and the front to make isn't that different, but I do plan on gettin alcans. If I was you I would spend the money on good coilovers and work from there. I just bought prgs radflo ts kit and he's rear lift kit too.

sent from where the whores go

For keeping the front diff and getting extended axles. I would wait a few months just saying that the M205 locker is coming out and I know I will be switching to the M205 and selling my extended fronts. I'm sure there will be a few other people who are planning on this as well.

For the coil overs. As long as they work for the X they will work with the titan swap. If they are stock length you will most likely want to get a spacer for them.

Cheapest way to get a level look is add a leaf and shackles. Best route is custom leaf pack and probably the most expensive.

I do not use either sway bar driving down the road on my X. I barely even noticed it was gone once I took it off. But this all depends on your driving technique.

you will not be able to match front and rear with. as you stated the titan swap widens the vehicle 6" total. What I did is add 2" spacers. So right now my front is 2" wider then the back.

Any other questions just PM me or ask them in this thread. Its been a while since I did all my research but I did titan swap about a year ago. I did not go the most expensive route but pretty damn close. There are a lot of opportunity to cut down cost in a titan swap. Another thing is you will needed extended front brake lines. But you won't in the rear you can just make a bracket to extend them. The biggest pain in the ass for titan swapping with the stock diff was mounting the cv joints on the extended axles. I just ended up bring them to a local mom and pop shop to do it.
