Wow, i will have to check this out next time.
yeah, i use fram tough guard.. about $8 for the filter, y? because this is what I have been raised to use I guess.. the only filter my family will buy. The oil is kind of pricey... I go to walmart and purchase the 5-quart jug for about $18
I got all the parts in yesterday for my bodylift, and before anyone says it didn't happen, I will be posting a picture later today.
Damn, it's freezing here, I could imagine how cold it is there. A dress? I have obviously underestimated the force behind the mod bug that bit you Doodle! :0mg:
It is 38* out right now. And there was quite a giggle last night after i worked on the truck then ran home to get my dress and tights. My moms quote was "You are covered in dirt, your jeans are filthy you have dirty hands and you are carrying a dress on a hanger. OMG look at your fingernails, and you have dirt on your face. What have you done to my little girl?" She knows how to make anyone laugh.
Didn't happen...... Zingggg
....
I got tied up yesterday, a friend of mine had his house broken into. They stole all of his TV's, there was 4, all 32-46" and they were all LCD. I just got a 60" Plasma to replace my 56" DLP. As soon as I heard what happened, I loaded my 56" DLP into the back of the X, drove over there and gave it to him. I took the picture, I just didn't post till today.
I love shiny new parts, I drooled over your pic BigMeanTam!
I have been given lots of things, cars, speakers, computer equipment, cars, home theater stuffs and, ummm...cars. When I am able to, I like to pay it forward. Even my Xterra was a gift, the best I have ever received.
Gift cars in the last 6 years (listed in order received):
98 Ford Thunderbird 5.0
88 Ford Ranger
70 Ford Bronco Full Size w/37" MT's (floorboard was just above my waist)
98 Ford Explorer 4x4
01 Nissan Xterra
As you can see, even though they were mostly Fords, I have gotten my share of free stuff. My friend almost didn't want to take the TV, then I told him I WAS NOT loading it back up. lol
It's always been give and take between me and my close friends, it always comes back around. It's almost like we share everything we have (at the most sell it for DIRT cheap, like lunch or something). It makes me feel good to help friends, especially since I was not going to use the TV anymore. It was sitting in my office collecting dust.
Back on topic, I just ordered my 3rd brake light cover from Creepy! Yay. Only bad thing is his graveyard graphics logo is on the outside of my rear window over the brake light, it will need to be removed (hint, hint Creepy).:sad2:
Painted my lower radiator support. Definitely not ideal painting conditions, but I had to get something on the raw steel before winter.
Fixed my foglights and put in my new yellow bulbs.
Wired up my new secret weapon against tailgaters...
Any guesses as to what the secret weapon is?
Sent to you from my very own piece of East Coast paradise...

You're the closest yet, but still wrong! I'll give in though:
It's a brake light interrupter switch...so I can hit the brakes and no lights come on.

Dude gotta take that wiring harness mount off and put the wiring in the bumper, it will probably get ripped off, off road, this will save you from either doing it (mounting it) twice or having to buy a new one.Well my dad came over to help me on another project today and afterwards we tackled my hitch. We did it without any PB Blaster. Strictly boots, some big kicks, and a BFH!
Good point. I like the way it looks on the bumper anyways. I'll probably grind it off this spring when I can throw some paint on it afterwards with some warm weather.
