Hello everyone I’m new to this site so I need a little help. My water pump went out and I’m in the middle of replacing it. I’ve taken everything off but I can’t get. Harmonica balancer off I don’t have the special tool that you need so I’m working with a regular toolbox. I can’t seem to get the old water pump out. I’ve taken out all the bolts I’m at the old pump but it won’t come off .. please help

If you're doing the water pump you have to pull the entire timing cover which requires pulling the balancer/crank pulley. Because the pump is driven by the timing belt, you have to be able to access all of that to make sure the timing belt goes back on correctly (or a new one goes in correctly since you should replace it while you're in there).
