Ok after spending the last hour searching for a "blacked out" thread I give up. I am wanting to black out everything on my 07 and I'm sure not the first so there has to be a thread solely on this?

I haven't seen one. But by all means start one! We've all had most of our trucks apart so we can help with removing things and several of us have swapped to black bezel headlights or projectors.

Bedliner on the grill and plastic trim pieces? Same on wheels? Most info I can find is older and I'm sure paint technology has changed....

Spray on bed liner should be fine. Just make sure that everything is prepped properly. Scuff up the plastics with a Scotch-Brite pad and clean really wellWheels, emblems, grill, all plastic trim- front fascia- Don't want the fish to see me coming

What JeffPro4x said. The Scotch-Brite pad works really well but make sure you take your time to scuff up everything and clean the residue off completely. I had a small spot on my grille come off after some time, but after another scuff and repaint it has been fine. When you take the grille off, I separated it into two section and just painted the front plastic piece.
Taking the rear emblems off is relatively simple. You soak behind the emblems with WD40 then use dental floss to separate (kind of sawing through). You might want to mark the location of the Xterra badge (I used painters tape), and I believe the Nissan logo has two guide tabs that you'll have to work around. I can't remember if the TERRA section has them. Then 3M tape them back on.
