I'm almost done my transfer case rebuild project. Is there any interest if I wrote up the details? It's mostly just replacing worn out bearings and not that exciting.

The larger eventual goal is being able to fix everything and not need to buy another vehicle. That's why I took the time to reverse engineer nearly every part. Theoretically with a lathe, mill, and maybe a basic sand casting foundry (with fancy 3d-printed patterns) you'd be able to repair or replace any part. Not that I would ever need to, but what else you gonna do on a rainy day?

Today I finished the shift forks, control cam, and sensor switch profiles. (link to my files)
