Found the bottle.. Taste like woreshire ( not gonna spell it correctly!! ) sauce.. just sweeter... Will dribble some on the Smoked cheese. for tasting. Cold smoked cream cheese so tasty.. last batch smoked for 1hr 50 min. still taste good.

Initial tasting says we'll be using the honey garlic on lots of stuffss.Honey garlic rub.. that looks tasty on some cream cheese... they both look tasty...
