Shoot yea, we've been passing the torch as well~Did steaks Thursday. Reverse sear ribeye with oak wood. So good.
Yesterday I was working on the X so youngest fixed home made hamburger helper. Tonight she's doing tacos and home made salsa to show off for her friend. Not sure about tomorrow yet. I'm trying to get two months of vehicle maintenance caught up where we've been sick or gone....
Awe man.. Hot doggin'
Probably my favorite steak out there, the Ribeye. We did ribeyes over oak. Had to make up for that awful steak we had last weekend.
Once I had one cooked well, it became mine as well. Many places don't cook them long enough to break down the fat and connective tissue so you wind up just choking on the fat vein.Probably my favorite steak out there, the Ribeye.
It's hard to choke down a nothing special burger. You know, unless you're hungry..Hamburgers on the grill tonight. Impromptu so nothing special.
Bacon mixed in the beef with Montreal seasoning topped with pepper jack, French's and Dukes on a Sunny Bun. The bare minimum. It's hard to choke down a nothing special burger. You know, unless you're hungry..
That's doable for sure. No tots, no kiss lol!Bacon mixed in the beef with Montreal seasoning topped with pepper jack, French's and Dukes on a Sunny Bun. The bare minimum.
Tri tip is one I'm not too good at. Well, the cpl times I've tried it it's been too tough for my liking so I don't buy it anymore..We're gonna try a tri-trip this weekend at my brother's. He's got a Weber I gave him a few years ago. Gonna reverse sear with SPG and oak. I'm excited.
Pearl necklace desert~
Heck yea, I can almost taste em from here~Filet mignon from the 1/4 beef we bought. Wrapped in Wight Brand Bacon. Cooked to 155°F IT with SPG over oak. Dayum.....
