That a Performer? It's on my list.
Yep. The stainless top version is elusive in this area, I probably paid too much for it but it had the original propane tank and was complete. I don't feel bad at all for getting it.That a Performer? It's on my list.
I wondered about the top and face. Figured it might be a vintage. Looks to be in great shape.Yep. The stainless top version is elusive in this area, I probably paid too much for it but it had the original propane tank and was complete. I don't feel bad at all for getting it.

I wanted to build a home built weber stand/table with gridle but the portability would be lost.
I love the Webers! They were made in the 90s to the early 2000s. I think mine is a 2001 by the date code? Can't remember.
I have the SSP (stainless steel performer), a 22" with the ash pot, a 18", a 12" travel style and a 12" Smokey Joe.
Do it already.Always wanted one of those grills. Best of both worlds. Actual grilling with easy ignition.
There's a couple nice ones for good prices and even a pizza-kettle set up on FB around Denver.Always wanted one of those grills. Best of both worlds. Actual grilling with easy ignition.

Nice! I need to grab one.
Yea, my magic touch has one that I can't get flush, I guess a piece of coal/wood got wedged underneath and bent it. I'll get "a round tuit"Nice! I need to grab one.
I've gotta get the old one out though. It's BAD.
I don't know that it's super critical for general use. Even for a snake, I run it about 1/2 open.Yea, my magic touch has one that I can't get flush, I guess a piece of coal/wood got wedged underneath and bent it. I'll get "a round tuit"
I use the scraper for cleanouts only. I control temp with the top vent and always run bottom wide open. Good results so I never played with it..I don't know that it's super critical for general use. Even for a snake, I run it about 1/2 open.
Gonna have to say pork. Too much for Texas beef.Guess my protein! View attachment 28922
