Spanglish Asadero makes a killer AL Pastor seasoning too that I absolutely love. Only thing is they only sell their season by the two pack so you have to buy another flavor to get that one but they're all badass. I've got six different ones.

Went 16hrs. Wrapped at 11th hr in butcher paper this time and loved how the bark turned out. Crisp and flavorful without being soggy or burnt and the flavor combo whilst melting in your mouth...A#1!
