The seventh annual Shocker Run is sneaking up on us. The secret is out and 007 is on the run as his 7th year of sneaking around the trails is catching up with him! Will he escape to live another day? Only time will tell!

The run will kick off at 8:00am sharp with registration and group line ups getting immediately under way. The trail groups will leave for the trails at 9:00am and go until just before dark.

Like previous years, a raffle will take place in the Rausch Creek Pavilion after the trail groups are finished. There is no heat in the pavilion and it will be cold, so come prepared!

Each driver will receive 1 free event decal and a raffle ticket for the general raffle. Additional tickets will be available for sale for both the general raffle and the special raffle. Additional General Raffle Tickets will be 1 for $3, 2 for $5 and $10 for 4. The Specialty Raffle tickets will be $5 each.

After the raffle, everyone is invited to come to O'Neals Pub for food and drinks. 112 South Tulpehocken Street Pine Grove, PA 17963 - (570) 915-6093

We will then finish off at the Twin Grove KOA with drinks and stories by the bonfire until Rook gets ratchet strapped to a bed again.

I want to go so bad, but I guess with no wheels, suspension and a back body, guess that is out of the question. Have fun, make sure that someone makes a posting with pictures.

I updated the OP to inclide information on the Comfort Inn in Pine Grove. The Twin Grove campground is out of cabins with bathrooms. The Comfort Inn also offers discounts for rooms if you are wheeling at Rausch Creek.

Well it looks like I'm not going to be wheeling the truck at the event. I'm still coming out and enjoying the festivities but with a wheel bearing issue I can't risk my DD getting busted as I need it for work.

Can I ask a favor of those who are on here and are attending the shocker run? I am in need of a quick welding solution. Some of you more hardcore off-roaders carry portable welders and I'm getting frustrated with my firestik antenna mount coming loose and swinging under the weight of the antenna. If we could do this Friday night in the campground or at a hotel that's be awesome. Please let me know if you're weilling to help me out

I had the same issue. I ended up taking the antenna off the mount and smushed up the end of the two adjustable screws so they couldn't back out. I used needle nose pliers to do it. Put the antenna back on and no issues since.
