    Made a dark Cream Stout.. Will try a Dark Chocolate Stout with this years Hop's. Just need to age it this time, and not drink it so soon.. Hard part.. must drink must drink. ;-)

    Had a glass of Buffalo Trace last night with a hunk of Hershey chocolate. Very nice end to the day.

    I got into drinking it like this after reading a bunch of novels set in the dark ages. They were always passing around a flask of the stuff.
    Thought I’d try it, and damned me, it’s delicious. Like grape juice for adults.

    But yes, dark beer time. Staves off the cold. Looking forward to Black Bear Brown Ale this weekend. Always good times.

    Might pick up some bourbon to go with steaks...
