Picked up a 6er of Otter Creek's Wolaver's Wildflower Wheat, an all-organic un-filtered wheat beer made in Vermont, brewed with chamomile flowers and organic Vermont-made honey. I love wheat beers, and this one definitely doesn't disappoint. I don't pick up on any of the floral notes from the chamomile, but finish has a touch of sweetness and I can taste the honey clearly. Yummy.

I just remembered I'm also sitting on a bottle of Jacques Cardin VSOP cognac. I got it a couple years ago from my brother-in-law, I'm really not much of a cognac guy at all so I didn't open it, and instead stuffed it in a cool, dry closet. I figure I'll crack it open eventually...maybe for my 50th birthday? 50th wedding anniversary? I'm really in no rush, haha. Anybody got anything to say about the Jacques Cardin?

I tried Stella Artois this evening. I don't believe it is worth the price!

Yeah, the recent fuss over Stella is just like it was for Blue Moon a few years ago. A good marketing campaign has everyone rushing to try the new "it" import. The difference is that Blue Moon is drinkable.

You printed the _entire_ FSM!!??!?!!?!

That's not the entire FSM... this is the entire FSM:

I'm usually pretty comfortable using digital copies of large documents but for some reason I prefer paper copies when troubleshooting using FSMs. I still use the PDF version from time to time for text searching but generally speaking, the paper copy is much more convenient.

Just made a set of mock-up mounting brackets for the new LED light bar and now I'm getting in the right frame of mind to replace the water pump and timing belt belt tensioner stuff:

Landshark is some good stuff, it's one of my favorite "regular" beers.

If you guys like Landshark, I've a whole list of Mexican brews you need to try:

Cerveza Sol (a lot like Landshark)
Modelo Especial & Negra Modelo
Carta Blanca
Pacifico (My favorite)

Damn, now that it's getting hot, I'm gonna have get a sixer of Pacifico soon.

I don't drink much, but did have a Shiner Bock this evening to relax after the squid's party. It's one of the few beers I actually like.

Very nice, I think I have that same mug. Holds 2 12 ouncers with room to spare!

Right now I'm drinking a Wormtown Be Hoppy IPA.

yea that thing is huge.... i am doing a rinse and repeat right now. When I took those pics, I got the wife to drink a bottle and she was in awe of how shiner intensified the pizza we ate. She claimed it was the most amazing pizza she has ever had in her life.
